一、公司前台仪容规范
面带笑容,保持开朗心态,有利于营造和谐、融洽的工作气氛;保持身体清洁卫生,这不仅是健康的需要,更是文明的表现,有利于与人交往;头发梳理整齐、面部保持清洁;男员工不留长发,女员工不化浓妆;保持唇部润泽,口气清新,以适合近距离交谈;手部干净,指甲修剪整齐,男员工不留长指甲,女员工不涂抹鲜艳指甲油;宜使用清新、淡雅的香水。
二、电话接待礼仪
前台接起电话的声音要不急不慢,并终保持轻松、愉悦的声调,不得在电话中和来电者耍脾气、使性子甚至说粗口。接电话中,要勤说请问、对不起、请稍等之类的谦词。
在电话铃响的第二、第三声的时候接起电话。接起电话首先要说您好,(公司名称,如果公司名称较长,应用简称),忌以喂开头。如果因故迟接,要向来电者说对不起,让您久等了。对知道分机号码或者转向具体人姓名的电话,可以礼貌地说请稍等,并马上转接过去。
如果要求转接领导电话、对方又知道领导姓名,不知道分机号的'话,就要礼貌地询问,对方是谁、哪个单位的。如果是如广告、变相广告之类的电话,应该用礼貌的借口挡驾,或者转到相关部门处理。
鉴于前台每天要接很多电话,为防止嗓子出现意外,要随时准备水,以滋润嗓子,随时保持良好的声音效果。
三、来访者接待礼仪
前台在岗位上一般是坐着的。但遇到有访客来时,应立即起身,面朝向来访者点头、微笑致意:您好,请问您找一位?、有预约吗。知道找谁,并确认是预约之后,请来访者稍等,立即帮其联系。如果要找的人正在忙,可以请其稍等,用规范的仪态引领来访者入座倒水。如果等了很长时间,访客要找的人还在忙,要关照一下来访者并说向其说明,不要扔在那里不管。
如果来访者要找的没有出来接,让其自己过去,前台应该用规范的手势指引如何去,或者带来访者去。如果来访者要找的人的办公室门即使是开着的,也要先敲门,获得许可后再请来访者进入,为来访者倒好茶后,前台就要返回岗位。当然,如果前台只有一位的话,直接指引来访者就行了。
如果来访者知道找谁,但没有预约,前台要打电话问问,告诉相关同事或领导助理/秘书,单位的来访,不知道是不是方便接待。出于对来访者的礼貌和方便拒绝时的得体处理,即使是要找的同事或者领导亲自接,都可以当作是其他人接的电话,再询问。这样在来访者听来,即使电话那头没有答应接待,也不是他要找的人直接拒绝的,为一下步的处理留下了余地。

其次,关注宾客喜好。当客人走进酒店时,我们要主动问好,称呼客人时,如果是熟客就要准确无误地说出客人的姓名和职务,这一点非常重要,宾客会为此感受到自己的受到了尊重和重视。我们还要收集客人的生活习惯、个人喜好等信息,并尽最大努力满足客人,让宾客的每次住店,都能感受到意外的惊喜。

一、前台接待方面。
XX年1月至7月,我从事前台接待工作,接待人员是展现公司形象的第一人,在工作中,我严格按照公司要求,工装上岗,热情对待每一位来访客户,并指引到相关办公室,为领导提供了方便,也为客户提供了方便。一年来,共计接待用户达1000人次左右。
二、会议接待方面。
1.外部会议接待
参与接待了神族联通全省财务会议、运维部工作会议、人力监察培训会议、全省g网经营部工作会议、神族分公司与神族分公司共同召开的经营分析会等大型会议,在这种外部会议中,严格按照会议需求高标准布置会场,积极协调酒店相关事宜,并做好会议过程中的服务,在这个过程中,我学到了更多的待人接物,服务礼物等相关知识,积累了很多的经验。
2.内部会议管理
按照各部门的需求合理安排会议室,以免造成会议冲突,并注意做好相关登记,以及会议室的卫生保持,公众物品的善后检查等工作,以便为本部人员提供更好的服务。一年来,共安排内部会议500次以上。
3.视讯会议管理
在召开总部或省分视讯会议的时候,按照通知要求,提前半小时准时打开视讯系统,确保会议按时接入,本年度无一例会议延时情况出现;在召开对县区会议时,提前进行会议预约,呼叫各终端,确保每个县区都能正常参会。
三、费用报销、合同录入工作。
在这方面,严格按照公司要求,周一汇总收集报销单据,周二找领导签字后录入erp系统,并做好登记工作。一年来,录入报销单据1000余份。合同录入20余份。
四、综合事务工作。
XX年7月,因部门人员变动,我被调至办公室,从事公安查询、外部文件签收、工会、办公耗材、食堂管理等工作。后期,又接手信息采编、会议记录、联通之窗、行政库管理等工作。
至11月底,共接待公安查询300次左右,并做到态度热情,严格按照公司规定办理。收发外来文件90份左右,做到及时上传下达,不延时,不误事。报送信息20篇,采编联通之窗2期。
对笔记本、台式机等小型固定资产做好登记与出入库工作,及时联系维修网点,进行电脑维护与维修,与其加强沟通,并要求为我们提供备用机,以免耽误正常工作。
五、其他工作
在完成本职工作的同时,认真完成领导交办的随机工作,并积极参加公司组织的各项活动,协助领导同事筹备了首届职工运动会;在神族联通诚信演讲活动中获得第一名;神族联通诚信演讲比赛获三等奖,目前正在积极筹备XX年文艺汇演的节目汇总、选拔、演出等工作。
六、工作中的不足
在工作中主动性不足,与领导沟通较少,遇事考虑不够周全、不够细致。文字功底欠缺,在信息报送环节没有做到及时抓住公司信息亮点,导致信息数量和质量不高,影响公司在全省的信息排名。
七、XX年工作计划
1.加强自身学习,结合综合部实际,多从细节考虑,紧跟领导意图,协调好内外部关系,多为领导分忧解难。
2.积极学习其他单位、酒店等会议接待经验,提高接待水平,提升公司形象。

二,注意形象,前台是酒店的第一印象,是酒店的门面。所以,我们前台的工作人员一定要求淡妆,着工装上岗,用良好的精神面貌对客,从而维护酒店的形象,让客人了解并看到我们亿邦的精神面貌。从而留下深刻的良好印象!并且,也有利于我们自身的形象和修养的提高。。从而,影响我们以后的人生。
三,前台业务知识的培训。主要是日常工作流程,前台的日常工作很繁琐,客人入住,退房的办理,电话的转接,问询,提供信息,行李寄存,接送机信息的查询与核对。订单的检查与核对,排房,交接班时的交接工作等。所以,我们随时都要保持认真,细致工作作风和责任心!以免给客人和自己的同事带来很多的不便!
四,前台英语,一些前台英语能力的具备是对我们每个前台接待员的基本要求,这样才能好为来自外国的客人服务。对于英语的接待方面,我本以为对于像我一个英语专业的人来说不是问题,可是,后来在接待外国客人的时候,好多问题出来了,对于我已经一年多没有接触英语这才明白我好些单词都已生疏,还酒店的好多设施设备的名称都是以前没有接触过的。还好我们酒店组织了前台接待的英语培训,使我对以前学过得到单词到了温习和巩固。也学到了很多以前没有接触的单词,比如好多的设施设备名称。通过这样的培训使明白这样一个道理就是不管什么时候都不要忘记了学习,给自己不断充电!唯有不断的学习才能使自己有更好进步,才让自己各个方面的能力不断增强!
五,以大局为重,不计较个人得失。不管是工作时间还是休假时间,如果酒店有临时任务分配,我将服从安排,积极去配合,不找理由推脱。作为亿邦的一员,我将奉献自己的一份力量为酒店。平时积极参加酒店组织的活动,加强同事之间的感情和部门之间的沟通。并且多了解我们酒店的基本情况和经营内容。为了往后能更好的工作不断的打下基础。
在过去的五个月里我好多方面的不足,比如和领导和同事的交流有些不足,还工作上也有些不足,同事和我提的建议就是客人多时候我会紧张,在新的一年到来之际,在往后的工作上我一定会克服这种心理。我也很感谢给我提意见的同事!因为你们我认识到自己的不足,才有机会去改正。对我也有很大的帮助!虽然前台的工作有时是比较的琐碎,但大小事都是要认真才能做好。所以我都会用心的去做每一件事。感谢部门领导的教诲和公司给予我的机会,在以后的日子里我将加强学习,努力工作!
