从一个月之前,我们小组就开始了对工作满意度的调查。我们调查了七十二个工作人员,并从他们的回答中得出了一些结论。以下是我们的分析结果

A month ago, our group began to investigate job satisfaction. We surveyed seventy-two staff members and drew some conclusions from their answers. Below are the results of our analysis

基本背景

年龄、性别、学历对工作满意度关系不明显,工龄越长的人的工作满意度越高,工龄短的人的工作满意度相对低。管理人员相对普通职工的工作满意度更高。

Age, gender and educational background had no significant relationship with job satisfaction. The older the length of service, the longer the job satisfaction was, and the shorter the length of service, the lower the job satisfaction was. The job satisfaction of managers is higher than that of ordinary employees.

物质奖励

一般情况下,福利越好,人们的工作满意度越高。现在人们对假期越多、年终奖也越大的工作抱有很大的好感

Generally, the better the benefits, the higher the job satisfaction. Nowadays, people have a strong preference for jobs with more holidays and more year-end bonus

收入与工作量的平衡是影响个人满意度的重要因素,当付出与收获不成正比时,个人满意度就会降低

The balance between income and workload is an important factor affecting personal satisfaction. When giving is not proportional to receiving, personal satisfaction may decrease

人们对有培训学习晋升机会的工作更满意

People are more satisfied with jobs that offer opportunities for training, learning and promotion

当工作能充分发挥自己特长时,人们的个人满意度会很高

People's personal satisfaction is high when they can give full play to their strengths

从图表中我们能看出,人们的工作满意度主要与以下几个方面有关

工作环境 同事上下级关系 工作稳定性 发挥能力 提供进修学习机会 福利状况等

薪水和个人满意度不成正比

在薪水较高的条件下,人们更愿意选择一份薪水不低但是更加让自己满意的工作。在薪水较低的人群中,薪水高低会更大影响人们对工作的选择。

人们如何看待自己的职业

大多数人将自己的职业看作是一份工作,少部分人将自己的职业作为事业,极少数人将自己的职业当成使命

当人的工龄越长,就越不容易更换其他领域的工作。反而是家庭主妇这种没有工作经验的人,工作的选择性会更加多样化。

把职业当成使命,获得了一定地位和成就的和工作多年的人,比较容易从工作中获得满意感。

As can be seen from the chart, people's job satisfaction is mainly related to the following aspects

working environment; stable working relationship between superiors and subordinates; ability to exert work stability; opportunities for further study; welfare status, etc

Salary is not proportional to personal satisfaction

With a higher salary, people are more likely to choose a job that pays no less but is more satisfying. Among people with lower salaries, the salary level will greatly influence people's choice of job.

How do people view their careers

Most people regard their career as a job, few people regard their career as a career, and few people regard their career as a mission

The longer people work, the less likely they are to change jobs in other fields. On the contrary, those who have no work experience, such as housewives, will have more diversified work options.

People who take their career as their mission, have achieved certain status and achievements, and have worked for many years, are more likely to get satisfaction from their work.
