I am just a regular programmer in software engineering instry for now. But I will not be like this all my life. Programmer needs to have a career change at a certain stage. So I am acquiring knowledge in various fields, such as management and sales. In the long run, greater achievements are only possible when the programmer changes his role unless he is determined to be a programmer forever.
还有一句:我不想成为最强的人,我只想做更强的人(这里翻译时能不能有betterman?),每天我都希望看到自己的提高
I am not going to be the best all at once. But I want to be better. I am hoping to see my improvements day by day.

I am sure I will not be a programmer for my lifetime,though I am indeed a programmer right now.I need to get more knowledge on management or sales to change my professional role.It is true that a programmer will still be a grogrammer at the end if he never changes.

上面三个翻译中我觉得 乄语 的比较好，比较书面话，虽然有些语法错误（笑~）
补充意见：
1.程序员可是说是programmer，但是programmer通常指的是最低级的输入程序的人员，而software engineer，即软件工程师则好很多。
2.销售是sales，marketing是市场营销，而sales 其实只是一个很很普通的职位，恐怕跟程序员是一样的地位。同样marketing也分为很多等级。
3. 但我不可能一辈子是个程序员 我觉得 更应该翻译成“i dont want to be a programmer for my a life time" 即我不想一辈子都做一个程序员。因为英文中没有原文的直译这个说法。同理最后一句我认为应该翻译成“I want to improve myself everyday”即我想每天都提高自己。

Currently, I am just a common procere member in the software profession, but my aming impossible is a procere member ring a lifetime, the procere member arrived certain the stage need to change oneself's role, so I also want to obtain various knowledge, for example:management or sale.Since I am farsighted to see, procere member's only doesing a change continuously then can obtain greater achievement, procere member's doesing not do a change will be just a procere member forever
I don't like to be the most strong person, I want to be a stronger person, I hope to see an own exaltation everyday
